Abbotskerswell Cricket Club 2009
New Players Always Welcome (Updated Jan - 2009)
We are a thriving club with opportunities for players of all abilities to join.
We have the following teams:-
1st and 2nd XI's playing in the Devon League(Saturday)
Sunday XI
Ladies XI(Sunday)
Two Colts Teams (U 13 & U 15 play matches in local leagues)
INDOOR NETS 2009 :-
Nets start on Sunday 22nd February,2009. 4.30pm - 6.00pm
They will run every Sunday thereafter until & including Sunday 5th April. They will be held in the gym at Coombeshead School, Ashburton R'd, Newton Abbot. £2.50 each per session.

Practice nights during cricket season:- (6.0 / 6.30pm)
1st & 2nd XI - Tuesday (6.0pm with Mike Pugh)
Ladies - Thursday (6.30pm )
Colts - Friday (6.0pm with Steve Short)
There are also opportunities for Umpires and Scorers

The main objectives for our club for the 2009 season are to complete the two permenant cricket nets, which are under construction. To complete and be accredited with the ECB "Club Mark". To strengthen our playing squads from the seniors down to the colts. To encourage and nurture the younger members of our club to be more involved in the general running, social functions & fund raising for the club.
